Jamie Blum is the manager of the Dubuque County Fair, in its 58th year whose theme is a  It’s A Family “Affair”. They will be offering bingo this year, and of course there are lots of things for the kids to do best decorated diaper contest, and little tykes pedal pull and a lego contest.
