This is actually a bigger fair then you might think. They have between 60 to 80,000 attendees. There are a lot of
people in Prescott – where the air is clean and the scenery just about as beautiful as it gets. They really take care of their seniors her, half price admission every day of the fair.There is an antique tractor pull that takes people up the hill. There is a lot of livestock and this year they will have llamas and alpacas and items made from their wool. Lots of Fair Food and Dippin’ Dots. All the traditional fair foods. This interview is with the “Bird Lady” who has been handling the chickens since
1977. Lots of free entertainment. Carnival.

Oddball Observations: Yavapai County Fair 2009 – Today I made my annual visit to the Yavapai County fair. There is, as always, the Midway with its temptations of turkey legs, corn dogs and funnel cakes. And if you haven’t filled your stomach, you might take in one or two of the rides. …
